About: CNU Midwest and APA Ohio would like to invite you to tour the 1,200 acre New Urbanist Development, Evans Farm, outside of Columbus, Ohio. Attendees will learn about the process, benefits and challenges of creating a cohesive and walkable community from the ground up. The Orange Township Zoning Director will talk about the project's journey through planning approvals. 

There is no charge for this event and it is open to members and non-members from both inside and outside the Midwest region. AICP credit will be offered to those that attend. The event will take place from 12:00-3:00pm, followed by a reception.
